PCD (polycristalline) tools or do exist in following versions: circular saw blades, drills

and cutterheads. PCD circular saws are mainly used for the panel cutting. Diamond

tools have a much longer life time because they keeping their sharpened edges unlike

the carbide toolongs. Different teeth forms are available: alternate, triple chip, conical

or extensible scorers. The advantages of the PCD tools are also noticeable for other

tools like : router bits, cutter heads or hoggers.

DIAMOND CIRCULAR SAW BLADES

For board cutting. Conic type scoring or split-type scoring circular saws. Available from diameter 100mm to 200mm. Teeth height from 4mm to 6mm. HELLER FORM circular saw blades thick serials. From diameter 300mm to 600mm. Bore diameter on produced request. Circular saw blades for hoggers. Normal, special or monobloc. Different models can be produced on request.

DIAMOND DRILLS

Routine machine bits. Available in ECO and TOP PLUS ranges. Right or left rotation. From 2 to 5 resharpennings depending on the models. Available in diameter 8mm to 25mm.

DIAMOND CUTTERHEADS

Multicutting finishing head Variable quality in accordance with the height of the teeth. Available in diameter 80mm to 125mm. 30mm standard bore. Exist in extensible cutterheads. From diameter 125mm to 200mm. Possibility to deliver with a 25mm, 30mm or 40mm bore on request.
